John squawked in Rodney's head. Playboy? Playboy? I am NOT a 'playboy'! And 'sweetcheeks' isn't playboy vernacular for a person any more than 'baby' is space pilot parlance for an aircraft! ...Not that I know. He took advantage of Rodney's directing his eyes at Jack and Rose to make a quick assessment of the damage.

Dammit, McKay, you're not helping! He wanted to hit Rodney upside the head, but that'd be like punching himself in the eye--if he even could get control back. The man had experience with this and with barging into situations and John was a rank amateur.

Yeah, thanks, he was saying, I want rid of you, t... (though, really, he reminded himself--at least he was alive), when he heard his own voice trail off and pick up again into a horrifying phrase: "These hands are no where near agile enough to beat my former scores on text twist," it said.

John rolled his (metaphysical) eyes.

"No but those hands are pretty good for a few other things. All of which I enjoyed a great deal. And since you were probably awake and watching, you witnessed a few things that my hands are capable of."

Jack crossed his arms over his chest, giving John/Rodney the smirk that he really should find a way to have trademarked. He took a step forward then, deeper into the other man's personal space. Arms were uncrossed, his hand reaching out to slide along John's chest. It niggled at the back of Jack's mind. It was John's body, John's voice, but yes, the words were all wrong.

Okay, to be honest, Jack was just trying to make Rodney a little nervous.
