Summary: Rodney made himself known, much to John's chagrin, and Rose wants to know what is going on, and she's going to make Jack help her figure it out, cuz Jack luffs John.

"I've just got this person- this personal issue to work out."Rodney snorted, tired of this dancing around the topic. "Jeeze, Sheppard, just tell them I'm in your head. If half the things I've heard around town and heard you mutter in your sleep are true, then it won't exactly surprise these two. Hey, think you could get me in to see the machinery of the TARDIS? Anyways, even I can tell they're no going to let you go until you spill the beans. Just for god sakes tell them before they start the supportive pats on the back, clingy hugs, or pathologically British offers of tea ( ... )

John was so flabbergasted, he didn't have any words for Rodney. He stood there mentally blinking, his befuddled expression not making it to the face he now didn't control. He was aware of hearing things, and of thoughts like 'Is that how he thinks I talk?...Is that how I talk?' flitting through his head.

He may have repressed the familiar feeling of Jack's ass against the palm of his hand altogether.

A moment later, it occured to him that he should be mad. Hey! You can't do that! he said in his mind. But it was really much too little, far too late.

"Sweetcheeks?" Jack blinked when first his ass was patted and then he was pulled in close. Something seemed to be a little off at the moment.

Now Jack? He was a con-artist. And one of the finer points of being a con-artist involved observing people. What he was observing at the moment seemed to be a shift in a completely different direction for John Sheppard. The words coming out of his mouth might have been his voice, but they didn't seem like his words.

"So, my guess would be that right now, Rodney is the one in control." Really, don't try to con the con.

"Oh, this is just great," Rose said, shaking her head. "It's this bloody town," she added, mostly to herself.

Her mind immediately went to the day Cassandra had taken over her body, how awful it was to have no control over anything she said or did. Her eyes narrowed angrily.

"John, don't let him have control, you've got to fight it! We'll figure a way to get it all sorted!"

Though I don't have the slightest idea how. That was the Doctor's job, the sorting it all out. Somehow, she didn't think his sonic screwdriver would be of much use.
