The Doctor heard something outside his door, almost a sort of thump. He really didn't think much of it, but for the sake of it, he decided to take a look. What he found was well, unexpected to say the least.

The Doctor opened the door and looked down at the heart. It was rather big, clearly not human which he was happy off Still, it being the heart of any creature was horrible in it's own right. Just who would do such a thing?

Wait...a minute……the heart still was beating some. The Doctor knew better then anyone that was just some sort of cheap trick that certain people he knew could pull off. At this moment he had only once guess on who it might be. Of course there was all sorts of people here so he could be completely wrong. But, he had the faintest idea that he was not wrong.

The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and bent down next to the heart.
