It's time for a ball!

May 16, 2009 18:57

Who: Cinderella and everyone hopefully!
Where: Cindy's home
What: A ~royal~ ball
When: Approximately seven p.m. of Saturday night
Rating: PG? I'll raise it if I need to.

As soon as it was feasible for her to be up and doing things, Cindy was taking stock of her brand new home, eventually built with a touch of Fable help simply because it wasn't being done quickly enough for her liking. But there it was; surrounded by trees and spacious enough to have a real get together and meet some people. The entire area was open for anyone except one room; the door stayed tightly shut. It was the room her glass slippers stayed, in a glass box that was adorned with the tiara Charming had given her for their wedding. They were the only real sentimental items she still had from that time in her life; the only connection to where she'd come from before it was all destroyed.

Getting out her mice and the potions Frau Totenkinder had given her, Cinderella started with the women. As they transformed they were given ball gowns. Then, she changed the mice into men who were given butler's uniforms and some prince outfits to wear.

And then, then she changed into her own ball gown. A little close to home? Possibly, but the point was it was a ball and she wanted to wear a real ball gown for the first time in ages. There were hor'dourves, and the main course would be prime beef tenderloin for the meat eaters, and pecan encrusted salmon for the fish eaters.

There was also plenty of alcohol to go around. The music was playing, and with the mice men and women already there, it seemed as if the party was already going full swing. As people arrived, their names would be called, announcing them to the rest of the party.
