This is what's known as an asylum. Hardly any of the people here are actually insane, you don't need to worry much about that. We don't know yet how we got here, or why, but we're working on that problem. We are also trying to escape as best we can... but haven't made any progress yet.

As for now... you need to stay away from the elevators, the plant in the garden, and ask around before you eat anything. If you have any medical knowledge, by chance, we'd like to know.
