Confirmation e-mail?

My friend booked tickets for Asylum 5 while were at Asylum 4. However, she hasn't received her confirmation e-mail yet. She e-mailed Wayne a couple of weeks ago and got the automated reply but nothing else

Confirmations are not automatic, and for A4 they were only done a few weeks before the event. No confirmations for A5 have been done yet, they haven't even done confirmations for Insurgence yet which takes place before that. As long as you have proof of payment you are fine. As for needing the Reg number to book photoshoots, you dont need it, just leave it blank or put a zero if it asks, as they are aware that no-one will have a number to put in there yet. Just make sure that you put in the RC number of the order and make sure that the names match the names given on the original ticket booking so they can match them up.

I'm not sure if she's got a RC number yet. Would that have been given to her at time of booking? Like a receipt?

The RC number is the number generated by the order, it's automatic and comes in an email within a few minutes of placing an order on the website. As she wont have an RC number for the tickets since they were bought at A4 she should leave that out. But, when she sends payment for the photo ops she MUST put with the payment the RC number given for the photo op order or the payment wont be matched with the order. If the money is sent as a bank transfer the RC number must be put as the payment reference.
