Confirmation e-mail?

My friend booked tickets for Asylum 5 while were at Asylum 4. However, she hasn't received her confirmation e-mail yet. She e-mailed Wayne a couple of weeks ago and got the automated reply but nothing else.

We'd like to book some photoshoot tickets before they all sell out but need the reference number to do so.

Should we be concerned yet or just wait a few more weeks?
