I haven't seen SGU yet. I really don't need to watch anything more at the moment (am finishing up Avatar and watching Doctor Who and DS9) and the two episodes of season five of SGA that I've seen do not make me want to watch anything new from the Stargate franchise.

Dude, you were psychic on TJ/Young. I didn't see it and then BAM! There it was at the beginning of the last episode. I bow before your psychic powers. I like TJ but they've given her so little screentime, background, character development etc that it's hard for me to get into her.

Yeah, saw now that James is an officer. Still not cool. Plus I thought someone called her sergeant at some point. Eh, it's not like character consistency is their strong point.

Actually, Louis Ferreira clearly stated in an interview that TJ and Young had something going on ;) And if you knew that, you did see the little signs (which doesn't say much about the writers' abilities, though... viewers should have been able to get it without one of the actors stating it), like the way he called her "Tamara" in "Air 1" or the talk when he told her he was sorry that she hadn't left earlier... or his wife (whom I sadly can't stand) telling him the reason for their growing apart wasn't only the job.

I thought so, too and was confused so I looked it up. Also, I still think she could do better than Scott ;) (honestly, if "Water" was supposed to be Scott and his best then what are we to expect for "Pain" which is supposed to be Scott at his worst?). I really think she looked rather like she would pity Chloe in "Water" than be jealous of her...

Agreed on James pitying Chloe.

I don't know if she's so much better than Scott as she is just older, wiser and not fucked up. She seems to be several years older and women are more mature than men anyways.
