The last few days it's just been me and the dog. It's been fairly relaxed except I had a postdoc app due on Monday (*fingers crossed because please I wanna go back there*) and I've been cleaning the layer of grease that someone so thoughtfully left all over the kitchen. Cobra, especially low cobra, may help open up your chest a little. Maybe some twists as well.

Okay. Got any good arm lengtheners too while you're at it? All my swim strokes were very tight to the chest kinda like my shoulders were scrunched in so when I'd roll and stretch in my stroke it just felt like I was squished and not able to reach that far.

And boo zumba was cancelled for tonight. But I did see that the Wednesday night Yoga for Women had exactly one person besides the instructor, so maybe I'll add that to the Wednesday night schedule (I would have gone in, but it was 45 minutes into the class and I know that's just rude).

Um, eagle pose maybe? I'm not sure. Maybe when you go to yoga class next you can ask the instructor.

I think you're the only other person that does yoga on my friends list which was why I was asking ;-)

But it's Yoga for Beginners on Friday and that's the only class that instructor teaches so I'm hoping they know more than child's pose and sun salutations (which I can already do or hate all by myself).
