quick lj/dw note!

Mar 28, 2010 15:38

Since I am building up my dreamwidth reading list, I am taking people off my list on lj if you post primarily over there, to avoid duplicate entries on my reading lists -- since I pretty much never post stuff locked anyway & don't read via filters, it shouldn't make a difference, just FYI ( Read more... )

oh, thank you so much for the crossposting code! this will move me one-step closer to actually getting around to crossposting at long last :D

Thanks! That's a better version than the standard one DW has, and doesn't have those ugly "span" tags either.

I haven't actually started xposting, and I don't read on DW very often so I'm probably missing stuff, but I keep meaning to do both, so hopefully this will inspire me. I'm just lazy and busy.:P

Thanks for posting the code. So you're going to take people off as LJ friends if they crosspost? Hmm, that makes sense, I guess -- I've been wondering how to solve the issue I have now, that when I read on DW I'm reading almost all duplicate posts. And right now I have set up with a shitty interface so I hate reading over there.

*brb copying everything you're doing* XD (For me, it may take me a while until I'm reliably crossposting, but I'll post about it when I am fwiw)

Oh, I *love* the comment aggregation idea, wow. That's a concern, because sometimes it really adds to a discussion to have all the voices in one place...

I have finished both seasons of Merlin and it is All Your Fault!
If you have some more recs, or recs of rec lists, I would be thrilled. And unable to get any work done.

I totally hit delicious.com whenever I need recs -- search for merlin/arthur and arthur/merlin!
