New layout: modified refried paper

I've modified the Refried Paper S2 layout, and thought I would share it in case anyone would like to use it also. You can see what it looks like at my journal, with the colors and a customized title banner added. It's pretty much the same look as refried paper, and just fixes a few omissions I found annoying about the style.

I agree! I don't understand why this is not totally standard, it is so annoying to have to scroll all the way up to go back after you have finished reading. :P

And thank you for including the instructions with this, too - I always wind up using stupid 3-column layout because I want something that will allow me to put a header at the top but customizing S2 layouts are always beyond my S2 skills. That is, unless I have a step-by-step instruction manual like this one. :D

Thanks for sharing the design! I've been utterly lazy about learning how to change my lj design and consequently have had the default lj layout since I got the account...almost four years ago. It now looks like an actual journal! Yay!
