This story was inspired by a conversation somewhere in the comments on a sportshoes post, which I now can't find again but just stuck in my head, about the Steelgrave and Profitt arcs, and how Vinnie might have reacted differently if things had happened in reverse order.

Awwwww. I'm amazed at the way you can take something this screwed up and make it totally adorable. And I hope Vinnie doesn't go too far over the line - Steelgrave's obviously a decent guy for a Mafia boss, and he seems to respect Vinnie's principles, but slippery slopes and all that...

I adore the fact that Sonny gave Vinnie the "no arms dealing" thing as a present. And Theresa is totally awesome.

I'm starved for happy endings in this fandom and this is not only happy it's... perfect. I adored that little touch of Sonny being so happy it's a son and a big son, because even though it ruffles my feathers it gave it that extra little touch of reality. So sweet and happy making, Thank you.
