Oh, I didn't mean to impose. If there is anything, please, let me know. I will try my best to make sure the library is kept quite quiet in the coming days.

I-I didn't mean it that way. I've been told to eat, drink, and rest. And... I've eaten and had plenty to drink. That leaves the latter, which I'm having trouble with. But thank you -- this place is usually very quiet.

[funny what going on a mindless bloodlust spree, killing five campers, and then having said spree ended by getting shot with silver bullets will do to you.]

...Not that I can think of. The room is very quiet, and there are more than enough books. I'm a terrible patient, but I'm smart enough to know when I should stay in bed. No matter how much I hate it.

....I am surprised you hadn't heard. There were vampire attacks last night.

Evidently camp tampered with my Life Water pills. I became ill and succumbed to bloodlust. I don't recall very much -- flashes, really. But I do know that I killed several campers before a friend found one of the priests from my world and were able to get me back in my right mind.

The campers, they are all right?

I don't... remember who I bit. I don't know if they're all right.

I won't give you trite consolation, because that would be callous of me; but I do know that this wretched place has suffered through far worse than a handful of its inhabitants being driven slightly mad. I am sure everyone who was in any way injured is being taken care of.

My duty to my Empress is to help protect Terran. My behavior was in direct violation to that duty. And whether I was at fault or not means very little to me.
