Yeah, ole Rusty's done well this series, I must agree. But I think Moffat is equally good, just in a different way. .. About Owen: I knoooowwwww. I am excited for the team to be in DW, but it's just not the team without Owen. *sigh* .. Not to pimp my own LJ, but I have some DW predictions that could be..er...controversial? Or completely uninformed (because I missed quite a lot of series 3 episodes and have a dismal memory). Anyways, would love your commentary.
But I think Moffat is equally good, just in a different way. I'm actually pretty conflicted on Moffat. On the one hand, you have TEC/TDD and Blink, but on the other you have TGitF and SitL/FotD (awesome vs. batshit bad). I think that Moffat is good with the one-shots, I'm just not sure if he can do a decent character arc. Learning that Jack was RTD's idea, not Moffat's, also kind of lowers my opinion of him. Plus, he's a Nine/Rose shipper (as evidenced by TEC/TDD), but he hates Ten/Rose (TGitF with Reinette, SitL/FotD with his FUTURE WIFE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER).
I just want my Uncle Rusty back! (And he's not even gone!)
