I'm still alive. Still in Ferndale. Still working at the restaurant. Still a terrible flake, but working on balancing all the separate elements of a life. Still crappy at making clean breaks in some areas of my life but getting better at others.

On of my coworkers was petting the mushroom in her sandwich today. I wokred last night, this morning and I am on break before this evenings shift. Keeping busy and accomplishing something, even if it does little to further the general direction of my life, certainly helps. I am feeling much better today.

I am burnt out, walking wounded, barely functional and shooting myself in the foot as regarding my return to classes. My therapist gave me a remarkably shocked look during session today, composed herself and said that she was worried about me.

A lot has been happening in my life recently. The Muse concert with Ben, the trip to Chicago with Michelle, the entire relationship with Michelle, birthday festivities, an unexpected trip to Holland, family trouble, plans for the fall, an enormous amount of missed work, a coming reunion and a new blog. I've been doing a lot of shopping lately and it's all about pink, red, green and grey. I'm extremely drawn to these particular colors and when I am wearing items of clothing which feature these colors it raises my mood considerably.
