I've been living quite a sedentary life, and was looking to get moving again, get fit, and maybe lose some weight, but I have a problematic schedule. Then I drove down Marrows Road, where I usually don't go, and realized we actually have a Planet Fitness practically right in my back yard! I suppose so... It's just that the cardio is going so well - with noticeable results after only a few sessions - that I was lured into overdoing it. I've got to set a schedule and stick to it, not be tempted to do more. Oh, and I've got to remember to stretch out!
