When I saw that luminousmotion's concerns about Autism Speaks had been forwarded to ThinkGeek's PR department, I figured the best course of action would be to get in touch with the PR department directly-that would be shane@thinkgeek.com. As said in subject line, yes, yay. They fucked up; they owned it, they're working to fix it. Best response one could reasonably anticipate given the initial fuckup.

I shall have to go scrounge some spare cash to spend on them, along with a note as to why.
