Oh hai!

I don't have a long intro post in hand (that may come later), though I do have a few questions.

1. Is there a Aspergers community just for girls?

And 2. This may be a little controversial, but I have a poll for the community.

Moderate towards libral with some ecomony leanings towards libertarian.

As for a community just for girls. This is freaking Aspergers on LJ I am assuming that the majority here are women and self-dx

I'm not self-dxed. I hate when people assume I am.

It's alright, it's often hard to tell over the internet.

To the best of my knowledge and belief, there's no Asperger's community just for girls. Two comments: First, the gender of others tends not to be much of an issue to Aspies, at least for purposes other than the selection of sexual partners. Second, there have been any number of special-purpose spin-offs from this community over the years. They tend to fall into disuse.

I don't consider myself Liberal, Conservative, Libertarian or Anarchist. To quote Popeye, Jehovah, or whomever: "I am what I am, and that's all that I am."

Welcome to the community!

A community just for girls isn't exactly special-purpose.

Feel encouraged to form a community for Aspie females. Be forewarned, though, that in a very short time, you've built yourself quite a reputation for being quarrelsome. That's going to put people off.

That was one post, on one topic.

I totally got thrown by your icon because I'm watching TNG right now.

That's true, that thought crossed my mind, and that's probably why I won't create one. I'm sensitive to genderqueer people and such, and that could be a major problem in creating such a community.

I lean towards socialist, but hey - I didn't know that Churchill said that!

Anyway, I don't know what I identify as, but it's probably not socially conservative and definitely not what the US considers "right" (I understand that right/left are different elsewhere?).
