my brother is PDD-NOS/autistic/schitzophrenic.
my dad is permanently disabled from a stroke that he had in september.

i'm not the healthiest, and neither is my elderly mom. so many of these provisions could theoretically help my family. this is the first time that i have heard of this act. rad.
