As much as I dislike watching TV commercials (and HAAAATE radio commercials), it's really the only way to deliver broadcast content. So I don't fault TV stations for slotting time for commercials, and I don't blame them for being upset about DVRs allowing people to skip through commercials. I mean, I don't watch a lot of TV anyways, but Metalacolypse is only brought to me by advertisements, and it saves me from dropping $15 to watch a DVD's-worth of episodes. This is not to say that I don't want you to fast-forward through the commercials when I'm watching it at your place, though ( ... )
