Very sweet.
totally sappy, but I guess the Contract-verse is a little lacking in that department still. So thanks for the addition. And it's good to know that Mr. V. survived that long. :-)
Just one tiny thing: I Don't think House would openly tell Wilson that he loved him, he'd do it in a more snarky way. After all, he's still House.

I'm afraid I'll have to respectfully disagree on this. Yes, he's still House, but *my* belief (based on the show canon) is that House's feelings/emotions run deep. We know he's capable of telling someone he loves them ("Three Stories"). I think that after all they'd been through (in the Contractverse) and then House finding the box, House would be moved to say those words. But he certainly would not say them on a regular basis by any means. And he might never say them again. Not that he'd need to with Wilson. They both know.
