This girl i know is helping me get customers for my Avon Business.Shes 16 and im 19. She got me a few new customers which im glad about so to thank her i let her order from my rep book (which i make no profit from) and told her ill give her a lip balm. I also told her if her friends pay me on time etc ill give her another freebie and see what

if you're too nice to tell her to fuck off, i'd give her advice about starting her own avon business. if she doesn't want to, tell her you can't keep giving her what you're making.

Really though, it was nice of you to give her stuff for bringing you customers, but now it's time to weigh whether she is more of an asset or annoyance. It might be a good idea to set up a system - Every time she brings you a customer she can have 10% of the profit and order one thing from your rep book, for example. If she gives you a sob story about how she neeeeeeeeds the money, say "That really sucks, but I can't afford it and I am running a business." She sounds entitled and rude, but she is also 16 and if she's immature in general it wouldn't be a surprise. You could ask her why she thinks she should get money from your other sales, but it might end in tears.

I'm confused... I mean, I think it's kind of ballsy of her to ask for 20% of your profits, however if she's going to be like this you should probably stop working with her.

i said she asked for 20% of ALLof the sales i got, not just the ones she got for me. so she wants money from me for doing nothing

Ahhh. Well in that case I would ask her why she thinks she's entitled to money from sales she didn't help with and then explain that you're not giving her any money.
