Avon partner help
This girl i know is helping me get customers for my Avon Business.Shes 16 and im 19. She got me a few new customers which im glad about so to thank her i let her order from my rep book (which i make no profit from) and told her ill give her a lip balm. I also told her if her friends pay me on time etc ill give her another freebie and see what happens in the future-Obvs if it goes well and she gets me more customers ill keep giving her things.
The only thing is she keeps asking me for free things or discounts and has now asked for 20% of my profit for ALL my sales. I think this is really rude and absurd because i found them myself and she had nothing to do with getting sales from them. Shes saying she needs the money for a $5000 fine which im suss about. Apparently its not from the police but geeez~!
What should i do??
EDIT: made a deal of she can order from the rep book and get 10% of the profit sales she gets me-although i think she thinks shes gunna get a bit when really itl prob be under a couple bucks LOL
