Do you have any tips on writing a eulogy or what makes a good eulogy?

I know my general thesis already but I've never done this before so I might be overlooking basics of form or length or whatever.

How many people are going to speak? If it's just one person 10-15 minutes is good. At my grandmother's funeral, there were three speakers so I kept what I had to say to about 5 minutes.

I've found that all good eulogies have a few things in common: say things that the entire audience can relate to (or specific people can relate to, get people nostalgic and remembering exactly how that person was), a little humor goes a long way but don't over-do it, and speak from the heart.
