My wife and I had to euthanize our cat today after a month-long battle with FIP.  We're both devastated.  The cat was very young; she was our baby.  (This is also the first pet I've ever had to have put to sleep).  How have you dealt with pet loss grief?

Today is the six year anniversary of the deaths of my mom, dad, and nephew. Usually I end up moping around all day and waiting for the day to end, but this year I feel like I'd like to do something nice in their memory. Do you have any tips on writing a eulogy or what makes a good eulogy?

I know my general thesis already but I've never done this before so I might be overlooking basics of form or length or whatever.
