Hey. First time posting on here.
I've been having sleeping problems ever since late Febuary. I'm tired. Like all the damn time. And when I finally fall asleep, which is usually a little after midnight, I always wake up at 4-5 AM and can't fall back asleep. I have to wake up at 7 AM everyday, so I'm like half asleep the entire day. I don't have time ( Read more... )

I guess it's just stress. But I'll try that stuff if it gets any worse. ^^

Make a bedtime routine. Stop using computers and watching TV an hour and a half, or longer, before you go to bed. Read a book or comic. Don't drink drinks with caffeine in past 5pm. (Or earlier if you want to go to bed earlier.) Write a list of things you need to achieve the next day and get your things ready for the next day so you're not lying in bed thinking 'must remember to do this' or 'can't forget blah blah blah'. Try to do some exercise in the day time for at least half an hour. If all else fails, have a wank.

If you have a brand of tea called sleepy time tea where you live, I found it really helpful for stress insomnia.
