It varies from thinking I'm the scum of the earth to thinking the world would be perfect if only everyone else was as perfect as I am.

I probably tend to be down on myself more than I'm neutral or feeling great though.

Usually about a 6, and while I'd prefer to be up about an 8, it's a lot better than the 3-4 I was in high school :P
