I tend to go between 4 and 1 depending on my stress level because I'm the cause of a lot of my stress and I make mistakes all the time and it really bothers me. I've been told by several people that I'm too hard on myself.

I have bad days, but even then, deep down I know I'm awesome. So I chose 8.

It varies. Sometimes I think I'm average and ok, other days I'm way too self-loathing.
