I have been dating this guy since September. There is one thing I have tried very hard to get over but it is a dealbreaker for me and a very BIG pet peeve: I cant stand people that eat like slobs. I have never had this problem with anyone else I have ever met except for him. He is atrocious. He smacks loudly while eating, shovels his food,

Yes this, plus he keeps lying to you about making an effort not to be disgusting at the table. And I have a feeling he is also lying about no one ever mentioning it before if it is that extreme.

yes, because i didnt even think about what it was i was typing and should have re-read my post again. didnt mean anything by it and i deleted it after i realized, just dont want my question i posted to turn around and turn into a huge shitstorm because of something i mispelled and didnt mean it out to be

I dunno, Pens. If it's something that he's purposefully neglecting to make an effort on and it's become damaging to both their reputations... his lack of self respect in this instance would be a huge DNW red flag, methinks. What else could crop up later? Is he the stinky guy, too? Does he ride dirty? Just... eeek. :/
