For the sock!

Yarn = Socks

I know all about this, Martha. Little old ladies used to send us packets of socks during the war.

Oh, sometimes you can make a hat out of yarn.

Sure as hell wouldn't put a frog on a hat!

It appears yarn technology has advanced a bit since the 1940s, Jack. Much like everything else.

I believe they're "art". :)

Cute, but rather unimaginative, don't you think? What you really want is one of those as applied to, say, a Didonian. Something with spiky exploding bits inside!

Are you offering to make a pattern? :D

My gran won a civil service award for knitting the most socks for the boys at the front during the war. I've no idea how it's done but it can't be that complicated, can it?

I'll need your anatomy charts.

High time someone had a new idea for medbay decor.

Knitting a dissected Weevil would be fairly complicated. But I understand there are many, many skilled devotees of the craft among your civilians.

The site has a whole digestive tract! It's brilliant!

I have no idea how one would go about knitting a scarf, let alone a digestive tract. It's certainly better than having John drape the real thing about the place like garlands. He says it's "jolly".

I believe we have some of the "non-yarn" variety stuck about the castle somewhere. It reminds me of the old days. Now all we need is someone to hang from the chains in the tower.

Have you seen Hart recently?

Viscera? Oh, we have plenty of viscera hanging about the place. Sometimes literally! But these don't smell.
