Because lord knows Hart isn't above using boltcutters.
I think the Queen had a very good time, and it went down very well, our little party.
The crayons might be all right but the nurses will probably have words about the fingerpaints. You do, of course, have Torchwood's 100% backing but even Torchwood is afraid of Helen.
