He was born in orbit around Mars so technically he isn't from beyond Saturn. It's been suggested, however, that he was plucked from a gravity well on Uranus. (Although I'm sure it was not yours personally.)

Then he moved to Loe and thence to Boe. He rather belongs nowhere. So you needn't feel any obligation to give him a place to belong. But it is charitable of you to have done so.
