#3: Please modify: tennis tournaments for concerts; it now suits me just fine. (I'm still trying to justify IW. I can't really, but I want it.)
I never would have thought Dante was that particular about his dry food. Also, every other cat I've ever known would ignore dry food if wet was available. (Bashful in particular would trip me down the stairs while I had an open can in hand.)
Did you watch any of the DC yesterday? Daveeed looked slow for the first set, but the second and third he started rolling.
He's just picky in that he doesn't like wet food. And he'll lick a plate that's held people food, but not actually eat any *food* if it's left. This morning I put a third of a cup of dry food in one side of a two-part bowl, next to a can of wet food. He ate all the dry, touched none of the wet. Which is fine, because that leaves the wet for Sandy, who is the one who really needs fewer carbs. I'll give Dante more dry food later, when Sandy's not around.
No TTC at the beach, so I had to follow via twitter and the Davis Cup app, which is not bad. It has less than the major apps but what it has is well-done and seems less prone to freezing. I'm sure it'll be replayed :)
Extremely windy today. As in when rhere are gusts, the blowing sand looks like a very low haze. Sand everywhere. But it's sunny and I've got a hat on. I'm set.
The sound of dry food hitting the bowl doesn't get Sandy running from all corners of the house?
Strangely enough, no, she does not come running. Especially if it's early in the morning and only one of us has left the bedroom. She's not a morning kitty. Unlike Dante, who wants us to KNOW when he is awake and hungry.
