So this week I decided that I would write done the foods that I eat, and about what I think the calories are as an experiment to actually be able to see what I eat in a week. Have you ever tried chewing gum? That way whenever you have a craving for something sweet, just pop a piece into your mouth and chew on it until the craving goes away and you can spit it out ( ... )

Thank you guys for all the advice. Its hard to stop myself, especially because I keep having very high highs, and very low lows. The low ones of course lasting about two or three weeks at a time. I'm REALLY going to try and get away from this unhealthy eating habit that I have...but, I think its going to take a long time. Currently, I have decided that I cannot buy chololate or daifuku when I am at the store. If I have had a bad day, I can go and get one from the store but, I cannot buy a package of them. But, because I also no that stopping full on will not help with some other issues I am having, I have decided instead to buy dried fruits to give my body the bit of sugar it feels it needs without feeling too bad about getting them, even if I end up eating all of them in one seating. I am going to try, and I could really use your help ( ... )
