Kay rolled her eyes. The person sat down across from her and smiled. It was a rediculiouse fake smile and it was irritating. A silly waist of time.
"Hello er Kay is it?" The overtly sugary tone in the woman's voice was the next annoyance. "What do you have there? "
Kay looked at the kleenex figures she had made and been goofing around with while the twit had made her wait and shrugged.
"Well, I have some questions too ask you." The annoying smile "Do you know why you are here?"
Kay looked at the woman over the rims of her glasses thinking to herself - because Sister Silvia couldn't convince the church that an exercism was need - keeping her thoughts to herself she just shrugged.
"The other children all tease you, isn't that right?"
Kay nodded and rolled her eyes. "Are you talking to them too?" She asked the woman.
The woman looked at her "No. This is about you not them. Why do you think they tease you?"
Kay glared "Ask them."
"I asked you."
-"How would I know."
"Do you hear voices that are not there?"
-"No."
"Can you tell me the difrince between fantasy and reality."
-" Fantasy is stuff that was made up. Reality is stuff that is not."
"Is the news real?"
-"yes."
"Are cartoons real?"
-"no.
"do you ever see things that are not there?"
-"no."
"Is Wonder Woman real?"
-"no."
Would you like to have more friends? "
-"yes." Trick question of course. A no makes one antisocial a yes can be interpreted to fit any conclusion. Kay my have been 8 but she was far from stoopid.
"How oftain do you hear or see things that are not there?""
-"I already told you that I don't. "
"Do you like school?"
-"Sure."
"What do you like best about school?"
-""Science. "
"How oftain do you see or hear things that no one else can?"
Seriously? What is this woman's problem? "I already told you - twice I don't. " kay was getting. Seriously irritated. By the time the interview was over she was giving snide remarks like "What do you think?" And "Why would you ask that?"
Increasingly uncooperative she crossed her arms in annoyance. The IQ test was worse as the woman talked too her like she was a slow minded five year old. She answered the verbal questions and refused to do the activities. It was all so completely stoopid. She was not the one who was being a bully - she was getting bullied. Why were they questioning her sanity? What did they think was wrong with her? If they knew why she was getting teased why didn't they just explain it to her so that she could fix it. If she could figure out what it was she would change it.She really would.
