Well it is now April and there is still enough of a chill in the air to mess with my lungs.
The weather is dank which is normal and things are starting to grow.
My mother confirmed my suspicions about an abandoned property - the people backed out because of black mold. There is no profit to be made in this market flipping the place. This I see as good news because the property will sit while I am waiting on a court date for my ssi. No profit is irrelevant if you want the place for a personal home and as this is Iowa one really should expect black mold in any property that has been empty for over a year.
This place has a big yard with a bit of nice landscapeing - retaining wall that has planting but that's it.
A one car garage and open floor plan on the nf and bedrooms upstairs.
