I have attempted a new Baguette recipe and made my very first plain old regular everyday good for sandwiches White Loaf. The process needs some tweaking because of my altitude, overall moisture in my house/kitchen (or lack thereof..) and my electric stove/model stove/settings, however I do have to say that for my first real attempts these loaves
