What the hell...?

I have never wanted to knock on my neighbor's door and ask, "What the hell are y'all doing?" as much as I do right now. It seriously sounds like an apartment full of people in the place above mine chanting in unison. There sounds to be more females than males, but one male does have a deep countering chant that weaves in and out of the main chant.
