Yeah, the smelling thing is kind of odd, but I identify places by their smell. For some reason every place and every era of my life has a distinct smell. Some times I can even tell when things are getting ready to change because the air smells different.

Funny how different people use their senses.

Should have put that in my five habits hahaha.
