A curious phenomenon...
My 'Friends View' used to be neat and tidy and in proper chronological order, but for the past few days the order has been really scrambled.
I know my sense of passing time tends towards the inexact, so is the LJ universe trying to tell me something? -
Re-installing Windows....
Tonight I re-installed Windows 1911, now with Service Pack 3. This SP cleaned up accumulated cruftiness and corrected faults introduced by SP1 (loose mortises compensated for by hamfisted toenailing, the frame still with trapezoidal geometry) and SP2 (cavities filled with some form of epoxy which only ensured the strange shape ( Read more... )
