Does this mean that you're qualified to talk to people from Ireland, that you are secretly Irish, or just that on St Pat's day you're allowed to make bad jokes without getting slapped? :)
I have this image in my head, of an Irish man ringing your line:
Supervisor: "Do we have an Irish CALD here?" Worker: "No, AH isn't on until tomorrow." Super: "Crap!" (to phone) "Sorry sir, can you be normal for another day? We don't have anyone qualified to talk to you nutbags fine Irish people."

We have a scottish worker - I'm pretty sure he could fill in.
