I'm feeling quite accomplished right now. I've managed to catch up on my timesheets, realise just how much TOIL I'm owed (30+ hours), book cruise holiday leave (cunningly managing 3 weeks of leave for the price of 2), decide on and book a 60th birthday present for my Mother (tickets to this), and be completely up to date with work. Win!

This is getting silly, I have to try harder to persuade work to give me Firefox, or at least update IE. I keep quite a few windows open, both work and play related - Outlook, Facebook, LJ, DW, Twitter, Resource database, Referral templates, bed count... that's the basics. Am still the 'go to' person (which is funnier if you've ever programmed in Basic) for all tech questions at work. Even if I've never had training in the program or previously used the device.

A Masters degree in Counselling and I spend more time working as tech support. I feel like such an Arts major.

I may need more coffee icons. I only have 3, which is about the number of hours sleep I had last night. Working day shift sucks in ways both profound and beyond imagination.

Worst part about being at work - separation from my new shiny headphones. It hurts us it does.

Am so very glad that I have a 3 day weekend. I plan to sleep lots. I'll probably end up reading and messing around on the computer instead, but at least that's not work.
