It may be well past the air dates, yet I've finally found time to start season 2 of Gossip Girl. I'm loving it, in a guilty pleasure kind of way. Worse yet, I find myself completely shipping Chuck/Blair. I know, a het OTP - WTF!
(Blair is a girl, darn those tricksy unisex/slight spelling variant names)

Chuck/Blair is awesome, and satisfying. S2 was such, such guilty pleasure :)

I'm rather fond of Chuck/Dan... The canonical antipathy and their unique forms of douchebaggery make them an entertaining fic pairing if done well. I didn't get past maybe the third episode of S2, because there were other shows on in that timeslot that I preferred, but I'll probably rent it at some point. Apparently Dan ends up bisexual in the books, but the show isn't planning to go there (from what I've read in various interviews anyway) more's the pity.

I read the first book out of curiousity - wanted to see how different it was to the TV series. Dan in the books is even more pretentious than in the series, which I didn't think possible.
I think there may be a special place for rentboy!Nate fic after seeing the second episode of season 2.
