... or I could work in tech support

Dec 31, 2008 11:29

Am still the 'go to' person (which is funnier if you've ever programmed in Basic) for all tech questions at work. Even if I've never had training in the program or previously used the device.

A Masters degree in Counselling and I spend more time working as tech support. I feel like such an Arts major.

*grumbles quietly*

rant, work

It is even funnier if you are aware of certain classic works of computer science

Oh please. If you had a major at all you are unable to be an Arts major.

Actually most of the arts majors I've met can't spell their own name!

Well, I was with faculty of Arts for 3 years. My first degree is a BA.
Even drunk I can spell my own name. Typing it may be a little more problematic, given a penchant for miskeying.

While I know you're online - Happy (belated) Xmassacre. Hope your New years eve is more fun than mine looks likely to be.

Yes but you followed up with a speciality., Not the same as a straight arts major :)

Christmas was standardly horrendous, New years looks about the same. Try and have a little fun!
