A bit late, but oh well, time to reflect on the last year and on this new year was short. Here were my goals/resolutions from last year
( Read more... )
Too bad you couldn't make all of your resolutions happen, though. 2011 was eventful; a little too eventful for anyone to handle, I think. 90% of the people I know are glad it's over, including me!
As for losing weight; if you really don't have time to do training or exercise, maybe look at what you're eating and see if you can switch things around? Lowering fat/sugar intake can make a big difference. Or ditching meat at dinner when you can also cuts a great amount of cals/fats :) I also really do agree on your first resolution for 2012, haha. I'm too young to die now! I don't really want to be 80-something, I think, but I at least would like to live until I am about 50-60, thank you very much.
I really wish I could do that. I try taking smaller portions at least. It's a small thing, but it's a start. I have this urge to finish off my plate, don't know why, never did it as a child, which is probably why I was thin then (or my parents cooking wasn't too good? I do enjoy it now though, so I don't know). I'm taking the baby steps approach. Change my habits bit by bit by bit. Large changes usually don't last :)
I don't mind being 80-something as long as my mind is clear and I'm not in too much pain. Finally time to read!
Wow, great goals for 2012! And if I have a look at your old list I'm impressed how much you got done. Usually I get 1 or 2 points on my list done, the rest is just a big shameful FAIL! :(
I think it's awesome that you sold your first photo and I'm sure you'll sell more soon! Your photography skills are already so good, so don't worry too much!! ^-^
I don't think it will be end of the world this year either ;P
Thanks, I tried hard in the first half but then completely failed in the second half. But 2012 will be interesting, I can feel it already. There's some kind of tension in myself. It's time to change.
I sure do hope the world's not going to end or I won't be able to see the completed Hobbit movies :)
