So here's what has been keeping me busy this week....my first foray into sewing some type of clothing, in this case, a costume! Quinn's Halloween costume to be exact. Looking at Quinn is like looking at Eric as a blond. It's uncanny.

The costume looks great. I'm impressed. I learned how to do this in the 7th or 8th grade and that is the last time I did it.

No kidding! I made a rabbit pillow in home ec in 7th grade, I think. :) Today I finished the elastic in the wrists and ankles, so the body suit is done!!! I think I'll take tomorrow off since I've worked on it every day this week. But I'd rather get it done sooner than later so I don't have to rush. So far the earliest that I know he needs to wear it is the 26th, so that's my deadline. But I'm aiming to get it done by the end of next week so I have a little slush time.
