I've seen Claymore in the Shonen Jumps we borrow from the library for Bear. Perfect rendition of the heroine...can't remember her name. Her eyes look wonderfully eerie.

Ah, Claymore. I really enjoyed the anime and I ought to see if I can catch up with the manga again. I've only done one bit of fanart of Clare and Teresa but it never made it past the lineart stage because it just wasn't happening. Hmm, you're making me want to watch it again now ^^

Oh and by the way, I've bought the Blood+ volumes and I have 3 of them here already. Interestingly, though, it's 2, 3 and 4 even though 1 was actually in stock. Ah well. I can look for the part about Saya's past with Haji ^^

Oh that's weird how they sent you 2, 3, 4 ... lol. I got my daughter started on the episodes on the big screen TV. (Ahh, this is so much better.)

My first half of the boxed set came with a freebie Saya T-shirt that I didn't know about. (I should read the descriptions more carefully...haha) Yay!

I want to do some more fanart of both of these anime.

I've looked through some of the volumes and whoa, indeed, quite different. But I saw Haji smiling somewhere!! I'll wait until vol. 01 arrives before I really start reading, though.

I just remembered that I should look for "Paranoia Agent" series, too. I loved that one and it was short, too. lolz

I liked the drawing style of the anime version better than the original manga. Give the anime a '5-min' try and see if you like the art style better. :)
