Since it is after midnight, it is my birthday. Bear is hoping very much that tomorrow (today, i mean) is a snow day "for my birthday." We got tons of snow today -- I don't know how many inches, but last I knew I think it was about 6". And we weren't supposed to get any! You never know, living in the mountains

oooh, you got a new sewing machine? how wonderful! someday i am going to learn fine dressmaking and quilting! i love sewing, but i haven't had much experience sewing on a machine, which is weird, i suppose. happy, happy birthday! how do you plan to spend the day?

Yes, my other sewing machine was broken, and I have to have it for my business. It is a simple but great workhorse!

Well, we got the snow! 6-8" And I'm spending the day with my husband, so that is nice. No school so he could stay home with me. he made a cake! yay!
