The first link is Cannon Fist, which I at least don't know, although I walked through a bit of it at the seminar.

The second link is the dao form that we know. He does it in about 38 seconds! Sure, he leaves out one of the ankle-biters, probably due to lack of space, but it's still impressive.

Is the jian form that you worked on a Yang form?
