In an effort to entice citizens to the polls and yet not dip into unclaimed lottery winnings, five voters will be randomly selected to win a fabulous 1978 Mustang II.

That was a bit intense.

What I meant, in a correct political format is.... Freedom means to do what one wants, as long as it does not harm another.
